Basic rules for returning items:
- Cancellation fee: They can charge you up to 5% of the purchase price or 100 NIS, the lower of the two
- Installation charge: If a house call was made to install something for a service, up to 100 NIS will be charged.
- Credit card fee: If the business was charged a fee by the credit card company for cancelling the transaction, you may be asked to pay it.
- They will return money same way it was paid.
- They must return money within 7 business days from the date of return.
